INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer both standard and express shipping options for our international customers. The shipping fee will be calculated automatically at the checkout.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Import duty and VAT are included in the purchase price for all EU orders. You will not have to pay any extra costs after placing the order. For non-EU countries, please be aware that your orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. You will have the option to pay these additional charges at checkout.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders will be delivered by one of the following courier companies: Royal Mail, UK Mail, DPD, UPS, DHL, FedEx or Parcel Force. Please note that some orders may be split and items sent separately due to stock being in different locations. *Please note that all express orders placed after 11:30 am will be dispatched the next working day for deliveries Monday-Friday. Delivery will be sent to the address specified in your order, unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed. All undelivered items will be retained by the delivery company and returned to us after a reasonable period of time. In this case, we will issue you a refund for the item but reserve the right to retain any costs incurred in arranging for the delivery and return of the items. We cannot be held responsible for the failure or delay to deliver your order if the delay or failure is due to weather conditions, customs clearance, customs inspection, customs regulation or any other circumstances that are beyond our control. All international customers will be liable for any taxes or duties applicable.
ACCESSORIES DELIVERY
We offer free UK shipping for all accessories. For overseas orders, the shipping cost is calculated at the checkout and determined by your shipping country.
FACE MASKS DELIVERY
For UK orders, all face masks are shipped with Royal Mail First Class free of charge. Please allow at least 10 business days for the delivery before getting in touch with us. This is due to Royal Mail delays in some areas. For overseas orders, all face masks are shipped with postal services. The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout and determined by your shipping country. Please note that the face masks may be shipped separately from the rest of your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We sincerely hope that you will be delighted with your Paisie purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer you the option of a refund or exchange. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our return policy outlined below.
RETURN POLICY
To initiate a return, please ensure that you send back the item within 21 days from the line item fulfilment date. Please note that we cannot accept returns outside of this timeframe, and any such returns will be returned to the customer.
- The return item must be in its original condition, packaged in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels still attached.
- Please ensure to include the return request form provided with your order in the return parcel. In the event that the return request form is missing, you can download a copy here. If you don't have access to a printer, please write your order number, your name, and your return requests on a piece of paper and enclose it in the parcel. This will help us identify and process your return efficiently.
- We regret to inform you that, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on face masks and pierced jewellery.
- Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation of your entire order before the goods are dispatched.
- In cases where a discount was applied to your original order, the refunded amount will be adjusted to account for the revised order value and the appropriate discount level.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly issue a refund or process an exchange. You will receive an email notification upon acceptance of your return or exchange.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only available for UK customers. If you are an international customer and wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date your parcel arrives at our office for the refund to be processed. Additionally, it may take a few extra days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
When trying on clothing items, we kindly request that you ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume/aftershave, or deodorant that may leave marks or scents on the item. Similarly, when trying on jewellery, please avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray, or water.
To prevent any damage, store your jewellery in a non-abrasive box or pouch, handle it with care, and avoid applying unnecessary force.
Please note that we will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
UK RETURNS
For our UK customers, we've streamlined the return process to ensure convenience and ease. We've partnered with Royal Mail, a trusted shipping service, to facilitate returns efficiently.

Please be aware that a return processing charge of £3.99 will apply. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Proof of Collection/Postage: We recommend obtaining free proof of collection/postage and keeping it safe until your refund has been processed.
Separate Returns: To ensure smooth processing, please refrain from combining returns for multiple orders in the same parcel.
OVERSEAS RETURNS
For our overseas customers, we strive to make the return process as straightforward as possible. We've partnered with Global E to ensure smooth returns from anywhere in the world.
How to Initiate a Return:

Return Shipping Cost:
The return shipping cost varies depending on your country and will be calculated within the return portal. Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and this amount will be deducted from your final refund.

HOW DOES PAY LATER IN 3 INTEREST-FREE INSTALMENTS WORK?
Paying later in 3 interest-free instalments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Paisie and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always monitor your payment schedule in the Klarna app.
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR PAY LATER IN 3 INTEREST-FREE INSTALMENTS?
To use Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments, Klarna’s assessment will not affect your credit rating.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MAKE A RETURN?
If you return some or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as the online store processes your return. Follow Paisie return instructions and make sure to keep the tracking number of your return. Log into your Klarna account and select “Report a return” so that your statement is paused. As soon as the retailer has registered your return, we will send an adjusted invoice.
THERE’S SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER. DO I STILL NEED TO PAY FOR IT?
You do not need to pay for goods that are received damaged, broken or faulty. Follow the Paisie dispute instructions and make sure to “Report a problem” in your Klarna account to pause your statement until you’ve resolved the dispute with us. As soon as we have registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY STATEMENT?
You do not need to pay the statement until you have received your order. Contact us for an update on the delivery. Make sure to log into your Klarna account and “Report a problem” to pause your statement until you’ve received your order.

If your statement does not match your order details, please contact Paisie directly for a correction of your statement. Make sure to log into your Klarna account and “Report a problem” to pause your statement until the details have been corrected.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T PAY FOR MY PAY IN 30 DAYS ORDER?
Your payment is due 30 days after the item is shipped. Klarna will alert you before payment is due to help remind you to pay on time. You will not be charged fees or interest for late and/or missed repayment(s). Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay in 30 days’ product even if you have failed to pay on time. If you fail to make a payment you will be in default and may be unable to use the service in the future. If you do not pay for your purchase, Klarna may engage with an external debt collection agency to collect on our behalf. Debt collection agencies are used as a last resort.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T PAY FOR MY PAY IN 3 INSTALMENTS ORDER?
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your second instalment from the debit or credit card that you entered at checkout. If the payment cannot be collected on the scheduled due date Klarna will make a further attempt to automatically collect payment 7 days later and again 7 days afterwards. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will add the failed amount to your final instalment. Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your final instalment from the debit or credit card that you entered at checkout. If the payment cannot be collected on the scheduled due date Klarna will make a further attempt to automatically collect payment 7 days later and again 7 days afterwards. Should this last payment attempt fail Klarna will issue you with a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. You will not be charged fees or interest for late and/or missed repayment(s). Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay in 30 days’ or ‘Pay in 3 instalments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time. If you fail to make a payment you will be in default and may be unable to use the service in the future.
