TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the terms and conditions which apply to your purchase of clothing, accessories and other goods ("Goods") from the Paisie website at www.paisie.com (the "Website").

The Website and Goods are provided by Paisie, a trading name of KV International Trading Limited. When we refer to "you" and "your" we mean the user of the Website and purchaser of Goods. These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase Goods from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this Website. If you do not agree to be bound by them, you should leave this Website now.

When using the Website, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on the Website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

You may obtain further information about your statutory rights by contacting your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the Website and the Goods are provided without notice to you. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective for all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the Website. You should check the terms and conditions posted on the Website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this Website at any time without liability to you.

ORDERS

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order. Payment for orders will have to be made at the point of sale. All prices include VAT.
We reserve the right to refuse an order when the product ordered is unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment and the identification of an error within the product information. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.
By purchasing, you authorise Paisie to submit information to the relevant third party for credit card authorisation. We do not store your credit card details. The issuing credit card or bank will check all cardholders for validation and authorisation. If your card issuer declines authorisation for any reason, Paisie cannot be held liable for any delay in dispatch or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods. Whilst we offer a next day delivery service, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered the next day, as there may be issues beyond our control that could impact the delivery. However, we will always work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and keep you informed of any delays.
Please note that any specific delivery instructions provided to the carrier are at your own risk, and we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels resulting from such instructions.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from PAISIE within 24 hours, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made via email to customerservices@paisie.com, quoting your name and order number. If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We take all care to display product images as accurately as possible. However, the colours of our products that appear on the website might still have slight differences compared to the actual products, due to the lighting and colour display of different monitors.
All sizes and measurements that we provided are approximate, however, we do our best to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, the sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.
We have made every effort to ensure that all descriptions and prices of products displayed on the website are correct. We reserve the right to remove or edit any products, materials, content or prices online at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction where product information has been mispublished.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes issued can only be used until their expiry date. The offer can only be used once against a purchase. Unless otherwise stated, promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
Paisie reserves the right to modify or remove promotional codes at any time at its sole discretion.
Excessive abuse or misuse of promotions and codes may result in order or item cancellation.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. The personal information you provided shall be held and may be used by Paisie and disclosed to associated companies of Paisie. Your data enable us and our processors to fulfil your order, to notify you about our new products, promotions, special offers and launch of sales etc. If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, please send an email to: customerservices@paisie.com

IMPORTANT NOTICES

From time to time slight alterations may be made to the design and/or specification of our garments and fabrics to ensure that they offer optimum fit and durability.
Paisie shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty, breach of contract, negligence or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.
Resale of any Paisie product without express, written consent is strictly prohibited.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.paisie.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. - If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you emails about sales/offers, recommended products and collection updates.

- If you abandon your cart before checkout you will receive an abandoned cart checkout email from us. We will treat your information with respect.  We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns using Mailchimp, Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics).

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.
